2025 NextGen Ambassador Program

ANA, in partnership with the State Association NextGen advisory group, is thrilled to launch the NextGen Ambassador Program, offering RNs under age 30 a fully sponsored experience at the 2025 Magnet & Pathway Conference™ including travel, lodging, meals, and registration provided by ANA, made possible through the generous support of our sponsor, Premier Protein. Ambassadors will also receive a complimentary one-year Joint Membership.

15 selected ambassadors will participate in exclusive tracks designed for early-career nurses:

• The Future of Nursing and Advocacy
• Nursing Innovation and Technology
• Early Career Skills

Please help promote the opportunity to be a NextGen Ambassador to RNs in your state. RNs over age 30 can apply to be mentors and attend the conference for free.
