On March 30th there will be a Self-Defense Seminar, specifically designed for hospital nursing & staff. It will be taught by emergency physician/BJJ black belt Otto Liebmann, Chief Instructor/BJJ black belt James Connor, and several other instructors. The class will include high yield basic techniques, appropriate for any ability level, in a fun, low key environment.
Date: Saturday, March 30th
Time: 4pm - 6pm
Location: 89 Valley Street, East Providence (Ocean State Studios Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)
Cost: None, all instructors are volunteering (#ScottStrong)
