Giving to the PAC: Letter from our ANA-RI President

The power of our professional community is strong when we stand united and advocate for our profession, our patients, and our community. ANA-RI has a vibrant Government Affairs Committee that actively monitors, discusses, and influences legislative decisions that are made on a state level. YOU have a VOICE through this group in coalitions and in the statehouse. We participate because, as Elizabeth Warren once said, "if you aren't sitting at the table, you are probably on the menu."

Having funding to support candidates that align with nursing priorities and values, or to host and participate in events related to government affairs improves OUR knowledge, YOUR knowledge, and our POLITICAL INFLUENCE. I'm calling on you to DONATE to the Rhode Island State Nurses Association PAC so we can plan for robust programming and advocacy in the upcoming 2023-2024  legislative year.
